Adds definitions for "hookah lounge" as an establishment or area designated for smoking hookah tobacco purchased on or off premises, and "hookah tobacco" as defined in the Tobacco Products Tax Act.

Adds definition for "physically separated" as an area enclosed on all sides by solid walls, windows, or doors extending from floor to ceiling.

Makes grammatical and technical corrections to existing definitions, including changing "consisting" to "that consists" and "a food service establishment" to "that term" for consistency.

Renumbers existing lettered definitions (j through v become k through y) to accommodate the new hookah-related definitions.

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5555 is enacted into law.
