Prohibits removal, defacement, or destruction of purple paint marks placed on trees or posts to indicate no trespassing areas, in addition to existing prohibitions on removing signs or posters.

Prohibits posting signs or placing purple paint marks on another person's property to prohibit hunting, fishing, trapping, or recreational activities without written permission from the property owner, lessee, or agent.

Updates statutory language to replace "his or her" with "the owner's" for gender-neutral references.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent upon passage of Senate Bill (unspecified number) or House Bill 5561 of the 102nd Legislature.
