Allows individuals licensed as plumbing contractors to simultaneously work as plumbing inspectors registered under article 10, removing the existing prohibition on dual roles.

Requires plumbing contractor license applicants to disclose all business addresses where they have worked as both a plumbing contractor and plumbing inspector during the past 5 years.

Changes gender-specific language in licensing requirements from "his or her" to "the applicant's" and "the individual's" throughout the statute.

Permits a plumbing contractor represented by a master plumber to also engage in plumbing inspection work without conflict of interest restrictions.
