Requires 527 organizations and 501(c)(4) organizations to electronically register with the secretary of state within 10 days of becoming such an organization.

Registration must include the organization's name, the name of individuals employed by or directing the organization, and the names of any associated elected officials or state candidates.

Secretary of state must post all filed registration information on its website for public access.

Exempts house and senate political party caucus committees and political party committees from registration requirements.

Establishes civil infractions and fines ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 for organizations failing to register, and up to $1,000 fines for associated elected officials or candidates who fail to report; takes effect January 1, 2026.
