Adds requirement to disclose tickets for concerts, sporting events, or other entertainment received from lobbyists or lobbyist agents, and entertainment received from non-lobbyist individuals.

Modifies disclosure requirements for registered vendors to include immediate family members and clarifies that public officers must indicate direct involvement in state contracts.
