Increases penalties for procuring or placing fraudulent real estate conveyances on record, maintaining imprisonment of up to 3 years or fines up to $5,000.00, or both.

Adds new felony offense for knowingly and willfully drafting or submitting fraudulent documents to a register of deeds with intent to defraud real estate owners, punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment, fines up to $5,000.00, or both.

Authorizes registers of deeds to provide evidence of violations to county prosecutors in their respective counties.

Expands the original 1883 statute to address modern fraudulent document schemes targeting real property ownership and interests.
