Allows unpasteurized (raw) milk and milk products to be manufactured, sold, served, or prepared at retail food establishments if they comply with section 70a of the Manufacturing Milk Law of 2001 (MCL 288.630a)

Adds new subsection (4) to establish conditions permitting use of unpasteurized milk, milk solids, whey, nonfat dry milk, condensed milk, cream, or skim milk in milk products

Makes clarifying language changes throughout section 6140, including replacing "shall" with "can" and updating references to the United States Food and Drug Administration

Requires that retail food establishments manufacturing and wholesaling milk and milk products maintain proper licensing under either the Manufacturing Milk Law of 2001 or the Grade A Milk Law of 2001

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5603 is enacted into law
