Allows raw milk and raw dairy products to be manufactured and sold to final consumers and retail food establishments in Michigan if they meet specified standards.

Requires raw milk and raw dairy products to display a warning label in at least 12-point boldfaced type stating unpasteurized milk may contain disease-causing microorganisms and listing vulnerable populations.

Establishes quality standards for raw milk including temperature maintenance at 45°F (7°C) or less within 2 hours of milking, bacterial limits not exceeding 15,000 per ml, somatic cell count not exceeding 600,000 per ml, and coliform count not exceeding 10 per ml.

Requires animals producing raw milk to test negative for brucellosis and tuberculosis at least once every 12 months.

Modifies section 136 to specify that only pasteurized milk and dairy products are required for sale, except as allowed under the new section 70a and existing section 138.
