Requires employers to create and maintain written job descriptions for each position that include essential duties, required skills and training, working conditions and schedule, and salary information including pay scales.

Mandates employers provide applicable job descriptions to job applicants during recruitment, hiring, or promotion processes and to any employee who requests one.

Prohibits employers from applying revised job descriptions to current employees until the employee has been given an opportunity to review and initial the revised description.

Amends the title of 1978 PA 390 to reflect the new requirements regarding job description creation and disclosure by employers.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
