Permits students to be absent up to 3 days per academic term for religious holidays or faith-based observances without academic penalty.

Requires institutions to provide alternative examination times and accommodations for missed academic requirements if the student provides written notice within 14 days of course start and demonstrates the religious belief severely affects their ability to participate.

Mandates instructors accept religious accommodation requests without question, maintain confidentiality, include accommodation procedures in course syllabi, and reschedule exams without prejudicial effect.

Requires institutions to post their religious accommodation policy prominently on their website along with a nonexhaustive list of recognized religious holidays updated annually, and establish a student grievance procedure for policy implementation issues.
