Creates the "Event Online Ticket Sales Act" to regulate online sales of tickets for entertainment events held in Michigan.

Defines "entertainment event" as concerts, theatrical performances, sporting events, exhibitions, or similar public activities held in public or private venues that charge admission fees.

Prohibits persons from circumventing or disabling security measures, access control systems, or technological controls used to enforce ticket purchasing limits.

Prohibits circumventing electronic queues, waiting periods, presale codes, or other sales volume limitation systems associated with online ticket sales.

Prohibits circumventing measures used to validate that tickets are not fraudulent; takes effect only if House Bill No. 5662 is enacted into law.
