Requires the Michigan Strategic Fund to submit an annual report to the state budget office and legislative appropriations committees by April 10 each year detailing workforce placement programs from the preceding fiscal year

Report must include participant numbers, participation duration, re-entry rates, job placement outcomes (permanent vs. temporary), job classifications, average wages by classification, and degree/certificate attainment percentages

Applies to workforce placement programs operated by the Michigan Strategic Fund, MEDC, Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, or contracted service providers

Obligates fund operators and contractors to provide necessary information to the Michigan Strategic Fund for report preparation

Excludes information exempt from disclosure under existing section 5 of the Michigan Strategic Fund Act
