Employers with one or more full-time employees must display a poster in a conspicuous place accessible to employees containing information about veterans' services and benefits.

Poster must include the department of military and veterans affairs contact information and website, mental health and substance abuse services, education and job training resources, tax benefits, and veteran driver license designations.

Poster must also list unemployment benefits eligibility information, legal services, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs contact information and website, and the Veterans Crisis Line telephone number.

Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity and Department of Military and Veterans Affairs shall create and provide the poster free of charge to employers and make it available in downloadable format on both departments' websites.

Act is effective April 2, 2025.
