Allows minor children and adults with developmental disabilities to hunt under a mentored hunting program without requiring parental/guardian accompaniment in certain circumstances

Establishes mentored hunting program requirements including mentors must be at least 21 years old, possess valid hunting licenses (other than apprentice), and demonstrate previous hunting experience

Creates mentored hunting licenses priced at $7.50, with free licenses for individuals with developmental disabilities, covering base license, deer license, fishing license, turkey hunting, and fur harvester privileges

Permits mentored hunting license holders to purchase additional licenses for antlerless deer, bear, and elk hunting while maintaining compliance with program requirements

Effective immediately upon governor's approval on July 23, 2024
