MI HB5770

Creates the Michigan mobility trust fund in the state treasury to receive money and other assets from any source, including deposits under the income tax act of 1967.

Directs the state treasurer to invest money in the fund and credit all interest and earnings back to the fund.

Establishes that fund money does not lapse to the general fund at the end of the fiscal year and remains available for use.

Designates the transformational projects authority as the fund administrator for auditing purposes and authorizes it to expend fund money only for purposes under the transformational projects authority act.

Ties enactment to passage of Senate Bill 559, Senate Bill 562, House Bill 5768, and House Bill 5769 during the 102nd Legislature.
