Establishes felony penalties of 2-20 years imprisonment for aliens who enter or remain in Michigan after being denied admission, excluded, deported, or removed from the United States, with enhanced penalties if removal followed conviction for felonies or certain drug/violent crimes.

Provides affirmative defenses to prosecution under the first provision for individuals granted lawful presence, asylum, or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program approval between June 15, 2012 and July 16, 2021, but excludes the Deferred Action for Parents program and non-congressional successor programs.

Criminalizes refusal to comply with a state court order requiring an alien to return to their country of origin following charges or conviction under the bill's illegal entry provision, with felony penalties of 2-20 years imprisonment.
