Increases the maximum weekly unemployment benefit rate from $362.00 to allow for dependent allowances of $6.00 per dependent (up to 5 dependents) for claims filed on or after January 15, 2025.

Extends the maximum benefit period from 20 weeks to 26 weeks for eligible individuals filing initial claims on or after January 15, 2025, while maintaining the minimum of 14 weeks of benefits.

Changes the calculation of state average weekly wage to be based on the 12 months ending June 30 immediately preceding the calendar year, effective for benefit years beginning on or after January 1, 2025.

Applies effective 90 days after enactment into law.
