Updates language in the DNA Identification Profiling System Act to replace references to "prostitution" and "house of ill fame" with "commercial sexual activity" and expands locations to include vehicles in addition to houses and rooms.

Applies DNA collection and retention requirements to violations of MCL 750.167 (disorderly person conduct), MCL 750.335a (indecent exposure), MCL 750.451 (commercial sexual activity violations), and MCL 750.454 (renting property for commercial sexual activity).

Exempts juveniles and their parents or guardians from the $60 DNA assessment fee beginning October 1, 2024.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and is contingent upon Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5841 being enacted into law.
