Updates references to prostitution-related offenses to use "commercial sexual activity" language instead of outdated "prostitution" terminology, including modifications to MCL 750.167, 750.451, 750.454, and 750.462.

Expands definition of locations referenced in commercial sexual activity provisions from "house of ill fame or prostitution" to include "house, vehicle, or other place in which commercial sexual activity is practiced, encouraged, or allowed."

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent upon passage of Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5841 (codependent enactment requirement).
