Permits local governments to specify the form and manner in which retailers must provide purchase notices to consumers about permitted fireworks use dates and times.

Requires retailers to include in their notice to consumers any local ordinance language pertaining to fireworks ignition, discharge, and use in the jurisdiction where the retail location is located.

Makes technical corrections by changing "shall" to "must" throughout the statute and clarifying related language regarding local ordinance requirements.
