Amends Michigan's sentencing guidelines to add offenses related to sexual extortion and unauthorized credit applications to the crimes covered under sentencing guidelines.

Establishes sentencing classifications for extortion involving sexually explicit visual material (MCL 750.213b), with penalties ranging from 5 years (first offense, Class E) to 25 years (with aggravating factors, Class B).

Adds sentencing guidelines for coercing a female to have an abortion against her will (MCL 750.213a(3)(a)) with offense class and prior record variable levels determined by the underlying offense.

Includes sentencing guidelines for various fraudulent credit application offenses, including receiving, possessing, or submitting unauthorized credit applications (MCL 750.219e and 750.219f), classified as Class F felonies with 4-year maximum sentences.

Takes effect April 2, 2025, and is contingent on the enactment of House Bill 5887 of the 102nd Legislature.
