Requires the Michigan Department of Education to provide school districts, intermediate school districts, and public school academies with a notice containing information about MCL 750.213b of the Michigan Penal Code, including a copy or link to that statute and contact information for the Office of School Safety.

Mandates that schools distribute the notice to all school personnel, students in grades 6-12, and parents/legal guardians of those students.

Requires school boards to implement a policy educating the listed individuals about MCL 750.213b and its requirements.

Mandates that school boards hold at least one board meeting each school year to share free educational materials on sextortion from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, or the Office for Victims of Crime.

Defines "sextortion" as a form of child sexual exploitation in which an individual threatens a minor with sharing nude or sexual images and demands additional sexual content, activity, or money.
