Requires employers and educational institutions to include "multiracial" as a classification option when requesting individuals to select their race or ethnicity in any writing, defined as having parents of different races.

Prohibits employers and educational institutions from using "other" as a racial or ethnic classification option in such writings.

Allows employers and educational institutions to reallocate individuals identified as multiracial to other federally-approved racial or ethnic classifications using population ratio proportions if a federal agency rejects the multiracial classification.

Exempts public bodies and state public universities (as defined in the race and ethnicity data collection act) from these requirements.

Takes effect only upon enactment of a companion bill (Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. ____ request 06132'24) by the 102nd Legislature.
