Prohibits disposal of TENORM (technologically enhanced naturally occurring radioactive material) in landfills and type II landfills in Michigan, effective after the amendatory act's effective date.

Establishes a $5.00 per ton fee on TENORM disposed of in landfills before the effective date, with fees paid quarterly and deposited into a newly created TENORM account within the environmental pollution prevention fund.

Allows limited disposal of higher-concentration TENORM (up to 500 picocuries per gram for radium-226, radium-228, or lead-210) only if previously authorized in an operating license, but prohibits acquisition of additional TENORM after the effective date.

Requires landfill operators to submit reports by March 15, 2025 summarizing TENORM disposed of during 2024, including radionuclide concentrations, total mass, and delivery dates.

Directs TENORM account revenue toward refunding generators, funding departmental TENORM oversight, and providing grants to local units and landfill operators for radiation monitoring equipment.
