Establishes the Commission on Middle Eastern American Affairs as a statutory body with 15 members appointed by the governor, each serving 3-year terms.

Commission members must have particular interest or expertise in Middle Eastern American concerns and shall advise the governor and Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity on policies affecting Middle Eastern American communities.

Commission shall act as a reporting agency for anti-Middle Eastern American harassment, promote equal access to education and state services, develop unified policies to serve these communities, and cooperate with other state commissions including the Asian Pacific American Affairs Commission, Hispanic/Latino Commission, and Black Leadership Advisory Council.

Commission must comply with the Open Meetings Act and Freedom of Information Act, meet at least quarterly, maintain a majority quorum for voting, and establish bylaws within 90 days of the act's effective date.

Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity shall provide administrative services, staff, office space, and manage budget and procurement functions for the commission, which otherwise operates independently.
