Removes the March 28, 2025 sunset date for Michigan's participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact, making the compact permanent law.

Changes the compact designation from "shall be known as" to "may be known as" the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact, providing naming flexibility.

Maintains the existing Interstate Medical Licensure Compact framework that allows eligible physicians to obtain expedited licenses across multiple member states without repeating the full licensing process in each state.

Preserves all current compact provisions regarding physician eligibility requirements, state medical board oversight, disciplinary actions, and the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Commission structure.
