Replaces requirement for "sworn statement" with statement "verified pursuant to Michigan court rules" in child-custody proceedings regarding disclosure of child's address and custody history.

Removes "under oath" language and replaces with verification requirement under Michigan court rules for initial pleadings or statements containing child custody information.

Applies the same verification standard to statements where parties claim health, safety, or liberty risks from disclosing identifying information.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
