Specifies that courts may order support payments for individuals 18 years of age or older under provisions of five separate acts relating to family support, child custody, paternity, and spousal support.

Establishes exemptions from the age of majority provisions for the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act and the nicotine and tobacco act.

Takes effect only upon enactment of Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 6002 of the 102nd Legislature.
