Adds pet deposit and pet-related rental costs to eligible relocation expenses for crime victims, up to the existing $3,800.00 relocation cap per claimant.

Creates new category for temporary boarding of pets belonging to victims when necessary to facilitate immediate relocation due to crime.

Updates gendered language throughout the statute, replacing "his or her" with "the victim's" and "a person" with "an individual" for consistency.

Maintains existing compensation caps and eligibility requirements for other victim services including medical care, counseling, transportation, security improvements, and funeral expenses.
