Amends Michigan's election code to exempt ballots produced by on-demand ballot printing systems from certain numbering and stub requirements in primary and general elections.

Exempts four categories of ballots from stub-related verification procedures: ballots used at early voting sites, same-day registration ballots at clerk's offices, same-day registration ballots at election day vote centers, and non-English translated ballots.

Eliminates the requirement for election inspectors to compare ballot numbers with poll lists for the four exempted ballot categories produced by on-demand systems.

Effective date: April 2, 2025.
