• Establishes election day vote centers in cities/townships that processed 500+ election day registrations in previous elections, allowing same-day voters to register and cast ballots at the registration location.

• Requires absent voter ballot drop boxes in every municipality (minimum 1 per 15,000 registered electors) with 24-hour access 40 days before election through 8 p.m. election day, video monitoring, and collection procedures.
