Creates the Climate Resiliency Corps program administered by the Michigan Community Service Commission (MCSC) to employ individuals aged 17 and older in climate adaptation and mitigation projects through partnerships with local governments, nonprofits, universities, colleges, faith-based organizations, and tribes.

Establishes eligible climate resiliency projects including bioswales and wetland creation, tree planting, energy efficiency improvements, flooding and power outage mitigation, sustainable agriculture support, recycling initiatives, carbon reduction planning, and community education on environmental topics.

Requires the program to provide corps member wages or stipends, workforce development training, scholarships, and career development opportunities in coordination with the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity and Michigan Works agencies, with a goal of employing at least 40% of corps members in environmental justice communities.

Creates the Climate Resiliency Corps Fund in the state treasury to receive appropriations and other funding sources, with monies expended for grants, scholarships, program administration, program evaluation, and related purposes.

Takes effect one year after enactment; prohibits the program from displacing current workers, engaging in labor disputes or political activity, and restricts recruitment to Michigan residents.
