Establishes stored value card requirements: maximum $500.00 per card, issued in specified amounts, redeemable only for goods or services (not cash), with no PIN alteration allowed.

Limits operators to offering no more than 8 redemption game machines awarding stored value cards per establishment and requires $100 annual regulatory fee per machine for liquor license holders.

Requires notification posted on machines stating compliance with MCL 750.310b, age restriction (18+), independent gaming lab certification, skill requirement, and stored value card conditions; creates affirmative defense for compliance based on independent lab testing.
