Adds distillers, small distillers, and mixed spirit manufacturers to Michigan's alternating proprietorship provisions, allowing them to share equipment and space under federal regulations 27 CFR 19.141, similar to existing arrangements for wine makers and brewers.

Expands the definition of "alternating proprietorship" to include two new categories: distillers/small distillers sharing space and equipment for spirits manufacturing, and mixed spirit manufacturers sharing space and equipment for mixed spirit drink manufacturing.

Permits the liquor commission to approve distiller and mixed spirit manufacturer alternating proprietor operations under Michigan Administrative Code Rule 436.1023(3), subject to written approval from the U.S. Department of Treasury Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau.

Makes minor grammatical corrections to existing definitions, including changing "thereof" to "or any word, name, group of letters, symbol, trademark" in the brand definition and adjusting punctuation in the supplier definition.
