Increases the state school aid fund appropriation from $17,769,551,300.00 to $17,778,551,300.00 for fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, a $9 million increase.

Increases funding allocation for menstrual hygiene products in schools from $1,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00 for 2024-2025.

Requires eligible districts to have menstrual hygiene products available in at least one female bathroom and one male or all-gender bathroom in each school building to receive reimbursement.

Districts receive reimbursement for a percentage of costs equal to their percentage of free or reduced-price meal-eligible pupils, with a minimum reimbursement floor of 50% of costs.

Allows districts to request estimated reimbursement amounts from the department before submitting actual costs for menstrual hygiene product inclusion.
