Adds three new felony offenses related to unsafe firearm storage in vehicles (MCL 28.429a) to Michigan's sentencing guidelines, with Class E-C penalties ranging from 5 to 15 years imprisonment depending on severity of injury or death resulting from failure to secure a firearm in a vehicle.

Creates graduated penalties: Class E (5 years) for failure to store firearm in vehicle resulting in injury, Class D (10 years) for serious impairment of body function, and Class C (15 years) for resulting in death.

Maintains consistency with existing firearm storage offense guidelines (MCL 28.429) which contain similar graduated penalty structure for failure to store firearms generally.

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 6175 is enacted into law (tie-bar provision).
