Adds septage waste from onsite wastewater treatment systems (hauled by licensed servicers) as an eligible feedstock for methane digesters under the renewable energy resource definition.

Renumbers existing feedstock categories for methane digesters to accommodate the new septage waste provision, shifting food waste, animal manure, and organics from subsections (B), (C), (D) to subsections (C), (D), (E).

Maintains all existing renewable energy resource definitions including biomass, solar, wind, geothermal, landfill gas, and other eligible sources without substantive changes beyond the addition of septage waste.

Applies to renewable energy systems that process methane digester feedstock, allowing these systems to generate renewable energy credits under Michigan's Clean and Renewable Energy and Energy Waste Reduction Act.
