Maintains February 1 reporting deadline to local health departments requiring 95% compliance rate, with automatic penalty if districts fail to submit complete and accurate reports by deadline

Continues 5% funding withhold penalty for non-compliant districts or intermediate districts, with forfeiture of withheld funds if non-compliance persists through end of fiscal year

Bill takes effect only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 6206 is enacted into law
