Requires all staff members at child care centers, group child care homes, and family child care homes to be immunized against diseases prescribed by the Department of Health and Human Services

Immunizations must be administered by an authorized health professional, local health department, clinic, or other agency offering immunizations

Requires staff to provide proof of immunization to both their employer child care facility and to the Department of Health and Human Services

Takes effect 90 days after the bill is enacted into law
