Requires operators of child care centers, group child care homes, and family child care homes to maintain on-premises records of up-to-date immunization rates for children and staff beginning on the effective date.

Beginning June 1, 2026, child care centers with more than 12 children must provide parents/guardians with information about immunization status including total enrolled children, those with documented up-to-date immunizations, and those with religious or personal objections to immunization.

Requires child care centers to post immunization information on their public website (with homepage link) and in a paper notice in the main reception area visible to the public.

Immunization information must be communicated to parents/guardians via email or U.S. mail to their address on file.

The amendatory act takes effect 90 days after enactment.
