Allocates up to $10,000,000 from the state school aid fund for the 2024-2025 school year to districts that improve FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) completion rates.

Requires eligible districts to apply by December 1, 2024, and certify they will comply with section 1278e of the revised school code regarding FAFSA requirements.

Requires districts to use allocated funds for participation in activities known to drive FAFSA completion, as determined by the Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential in collaboration with the Michigan College Access Network.

Directs the department to distribute funds equally per pupil to grade 12 students in eligible districts by January 31, 2025.

Effective only if Senate Bill No. 463 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law.
