Adds definitions of "marihuana" and "THC" referencing the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act, 2018 IL 1, MCL 333.27953.

Revises language throughout to reference "any combination" of alcoholic liquor, marihuana, and controlled substances rather than specifying only combinations of alcohol and controlled substances.

Makes technical updates to statutory references by replacing outdated "Act No." citations with current PA citation format (e.g., "1949 PA 300" instead of "Act No. 300 of the Public Acts of 1949").
