Amends MCL 777.13n to add five new felonies related to interfering with access to health care facilities under MCL 333.26153.

Creates Class G felony for second or subsequent offense of interfering with access to health facility, with statutory maximum of 3 years imprisonment.

Creates Class H felony for second or subsequent offense of interfering with access to health facility by nonviolent physical obstruction, with statutory maximum of 1 year and 6 months imprisonment.

Creates Class D felony for interfering with access to health facility causing bodily injury, with statutory maximum of 10 years imprisonment.

Creates Class A felony for interfering with access to health facility causing death, with life imprisonment as statutory maximum; takes effect only if HB 6277 or Senate Bill No. ____ is enacted into law.
