Replaces gendered pronouns with gender-neutral language ("his or her" changed to "the employee's") in subsection (10)(d) regarding employee administration of controlled substances.

Adds commas to clarify grammatical structure in subsection (15) when listing animal control shelters, animal protection shelters, and class B dealers.

Effective only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. ____ (request no. 06071'24) is enacted into law in the 102nd Legislature.
