Increases Michigan's minimum wage to $10.56 beginning January 1, 2025, replacing the previous $10.00 rate set for 2019.

Establishes a phased wage increase schedule: $12.48 (February 21, 2025), $14.00 (2026), $15.50 (2027), $17.00 (2028), $18.50 (2029), and $20.00 (2030).

Delays automatic inflation adjustments until October 2030, when the state treasurer will calculate and publish annual adjustments based on the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W).

Suspends inflation-adjusted increases in any year when the state's unemployment rate is 8.5% or greater in the preceding year.

Modifies implementation date for automatic adjustments from October 2022 to October 2030, with adjusted rates effective January 1 of the following year.
