Adds definition of "invasive bodily examination" to mean a pelvic, vaginal, rectal, or prostate examination in the Public Health Code.

Clarifies that a health profession specialty field license is not a "license" as defined in the code and corrects the effective date reference from "the amendatory act that added this subsection" to "December 23, 2002."

Renumbers subsections in section 16106 to accommodate the new invasive bodily examination definition, shifting definitions of "License," "Licensee," "Limitation," and "Limited license" from subsections (2)-(5) to subsections (3)-(6).

Changes grammatical references from "which" to "that" in the definition of "health profession subfield."

Bill takes effect only if Senate Bill No. 44 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law.
