Adds a new requirement for schools to include instruction on gambling addiction in health education guidelines, effective beginning with the 2024-2025 school year

Directs the Department of Education to develop and make available grade-and age-appropriate model programs of instruction for both prescription opioid drug abuse and gambling addiction to school districts and public school academies

Model program for gambling addiction instruction must be made available to schools by July 1, 2024
