• Removes two obsolete offenses from the sentencing guidelines: consumer fireworks certificate violations (MCL 28.454(1)) and student safety zone violations involving work/loitering and residency (MCL 28.734(2)(b) and 28.735(2)(b)).

• Updates offense classifications and statutory maximum sentences for various weapons-related felonies enumerated in chapters 28 and 750 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, including false statements on firearm applications and concealed firearm certificates.
