Amends MCL 777.11b to add 37 felonies to Michigan's sentencing guidelines application list, covering offenses related to identification fraud, firearm regulations, fireworks safety, and sex offender registration violations.

Adds identity-related crimes including unauthorized LEIN disclosure, false state ID applications, counterfeiting/forging state IDs, and false representation to obtain personal information with statutory maximums ranging from 2 to 15 years.

Adds firearm-related offenses including forgery on pistol license applications, false statements on firearms sales records and concealed pistol permits, improper firearm storage resulting in injury/death, and failure to sell firearms with required safety devices.

Adds public safety offenses including false statements on concealed firearm certificates, false reports of public threats or child abductions, Michigan fireworks safety violations, and improper enhanced driver license/ID certifications.

Adds sex offender registration violations including failure to register (first through subsequent offenses) and failure to update registration information with statutory maximums ranging from 2 to 10 years.

Effective only if Senate Bill 79 of the 102nd Legislature is also enacted; takes effect 91 days after final adjournment of 2023 regular session.
