Adds extreme risk protection orders as a disqualification for obtaining a pistol license or concealed carry permit in Michigan, prohibiting individuals subject to such orders from purchasing, carrying, or possessing firearms.

Requires the Department of State Police to enter extreme risk protection orders into the law enforcement information network and notify affected individuals that they cannot obtain firearm licenses until the order is removed.

Allows individuals subject to extreme risk protection orders to request amendment or expungement of their records from the law enforcement information network if they are no longer subject to the order.

Makes technical corrections throughout the statute, changing references from "person" to "individual" and standardizing language regarding gender-neutral pronouns and procedural terminology.

Ties the bill's effectiveness to the enactment of Senate Bill No. 83 of the 102nd Legislature.
